A 45 years old woman presented to the emergency department complaining of right upper quadrant pain, jaundice and fever (39 C). History of cholecystectomy (age 13) and cholangitis 3 years before due to choledocolithiasis. Physical examination revealed tachycardia and hypotension; liver function test (LFT) showed cholestatic pattern and marked intra/extrahepatic biliary dilatation suggesting recurrent choledocolithiasis.
