INTRODUCTION Anti-GBM disease is an immune-complex mediated small vessel vasculitis that compromises pulmonary and glomerular capillaries causing glomerulonephritis and alveolar hemorrhages. It has an incidence of 1-2 cases/million, and is seen primarily elderly, with renal compromise being the most frequent presentation.
