This chapter estimates quality of life (QoL) in neighborhoods within Bogotá and Medellín, Colombia's largest cities. Those cities account for 27.0 percent of Colombia's urban population and 21.0 percent of the as well as 7.3 percent of the population of all South American cities with more than 1 million people.
