A tool is presented for evaluating the total agroindustrial business that is done in one day of milling, as well as a methodology for estimating the quantity of sugar to be produced in one year, depending on the structure of economic costs of the business, which in turn depend on the technology, the conditions under which it is produced, and the quality of the cane processed.
