■ Abstract Objective: To measure the reduction in nasal obstruction using acoustic rhinometry in patients with allergic rhinitis treated with rupatadine. Methods: We performed a randomized, double-blind, cross-over, placebo-controlled clinical trial in asymptomatic patients with allergic rhinitis.
