Objective. To establish the seroprevalence of infection by Leptospira in an occupational setting in Cordoba. Material and methods. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 334 farmworkers, butchers, and garbage collectors, to identify the presence of anti-leptospira IgM antibodies, in the Department of Cordoba, Colombia.
