The competitiveness of the educational programs on the universities requires an adjustment on the content of academic programs so that they can respond to the problems of their surroundings. For this reason, in regards to the profile of a civil engineer's occupational performance, particularly, it is useful for the student to identify administrative practices and processes that tend to reduce costs and time over the different works.
