Methods: We studied a cohort of hematologic malignancies (leukemia or lymphoma) admitted with the diagnosis of septic shock to an oncologic ICU between 4/1/2016 and 3/31/2017. We collected patients' demographics, severity of illness and comorbidity index scores, ICU resource utilization, and outcomes. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS v 25.
