Learning through cooperative projects that develop the soft skills of the students of the marketing and advertising program of the Compensar University Foundation Villavicencio headquarters; its purpose is: to identify the soft skills of students, to design a pedagogical strategy from learning through cooperative projects articulating the PIC and PA projects, for the development of soft skills; Evaluate students' perception of cooperative project learning. The methodology used presented a mixed approach, participatory research method and a descriptive-exploratory research design. It includes the logical framework based on the proposed objectives.
