This article aims to analyze cultural consumption in 3 localities of Bogota using the data base of the Cultural Consumption Survey (ECC) of the year 2020. On the one hand, this paper presents quantifiable information to account for the level of consumption, but also incorporates sociological theory to corroborate the importance of cultural activities that take place in the capital of the country. In this way, the degree of participation of actors residing in Kennedy, Suba and Engativá is determined by means of a quantitative methodology, taking into account demographic and socioeconomic factors, as well as other factors that limit the participation of these spaces. Finally, a description of the data obtained in the ECC of the year 2020 is made according to the type of sampling applied, this from the previous knowledge of the diploma course "DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF SURVEYS" conducted by the Santo Tomas University in the year 2022
