This project emerges from the requirement to have strategies that promote the identification, protection, appropriation and disclosure of heritage, and specifically in this case of the Cultural Interest Assets belonging to Modern and Contemporary Architecture located in Las Nieves neighborhood. Through research, communication, preservation and evaluation processes, a methodology is developed with the community of the sector as the main actor, since it is these people who narrate their history and transmit their culture to visitors. From its development it is evident that Cultural Routes are consolidated as a tool for social cohesion through the inclusion of different people interested in a common theme seeking to promote a sense of belonging to their culture. This not only allows this heritage to be safeguarded and it lasts in time, but also strengthens the relationship between the people who inhabit this neighborhood.
