Análisis de los criterios de imputación en crímenes internacionales, en los casos de responsabilidad por el mando, frente a los máximos responsables militares y civiles
The present thesis consists of a pragmatic approach within which the responsibility for command is outlined as an autonomous and independent imputation title, as a throughout hisyory since the emergence of the grat wars we observe the need to link the maximum responsible, those who really have effective control over their subordinates; in the same way as it used as a sui generis imputation title within the International Criminal Court, and finally to raise the need for the existence of this imputation title within the legal system, through a lege ferenda proposal.
