The purpose of this research is to investigate how, through business tools and the strategic relationship with stakeholders, NGOs can improve their management and thus achieve the desired financial sustainability. These business strategies will enable non-governmental organizations to identify stakeholder needs and expectations, make effective planning within a set timeframe, and establish clear responsibilities and procedures, thereby generating the enduringness of the organization. This study seeks to find a balance between the academic research work and its direct applicability in the area of corporate social responsibility and sustainability through the applied methodology for the case of Tiempo de Juego foundation.
