The thesis work is to provide the reader with a general oveiview of the transmission of information in the framework of Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis. Far this purpose, we start by defining what is the Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis and frame it as a medical act, to then deal with medical responsibility and provide the reader with a framework far approaching the subject. Finally we analyze the responsibility in particular, in arder to determine the damage, the causal link.
