The purpose of this document is to reflect on the importance of telework as a new work alternative for organizations today. Human talent has always been the most relevant element for organizational development, therefore, it is essential to visualize teleworking as an alternative to achieve work isolation and to gene rate greater job opportunities, also bearing in mind that millennials today seek greater freedoms not only to have better interactions or human relationships, but to see in hyperconnectivity a new opportunity to achieve a safe work envi ronment. Nowadays, talking about telework has become a new strategy that will allow all organizations to have a new possibility that must increasingly take on greater strength, thus providing new job access opportunities, thereby seeking postulate teleworking as a reality of the 21st century. It is important to keep in mind that teleworking should be seen today as a new form of work organization, which should aim to have a new performance of activities that require the use of Information and Communication Technologies -TIC-, as a means to strengthen organizational development.
