This document aims to discuss how the covid-19 pandemic has affected the world of work and business development, and to set out the new perspective’s organizations should take into account in relation to occupational health and safety programmed as mechanisms for the protection of workers’ health in the pandemic era. Similarly, we look at the problems that covid-19 has brought and how they have affected not the economy but also the social relations of many citizens. It cannot be unknown that organizations, employers, and employees must develop different health care strategies and should consider their importance in stopping the spread of a virus that has claimed so many lives around the world. In the current circumstances, it is necessary to modify the occupational health and safety programs developed by organizations, since health care is a co-responsibility for actors such as the State, employees and employers, not in response to policy guidelines, but as a common interest that considers the well-being and health of work, fundamental elements for organizational development.
