The chapter aims to present the results of an investigation conducted to opt for the title of master in organization management. The different business strengthening programmes offered in the city of Medellin, Colombia, the sustainability and development strategies for micro and small enterprises, totaling, by size, 97% of the business base in Medellin and generating an impact on the resources invested, the employment generated and added value will be analyzed. It shows in each of these accompanying programs its purpose and how they execute the processes in the different areas of management in micro and small companies, the actions of improvement in structure, marketing, productivity, associativity, management of human talent, etc. The business strengthening program implemented by the National Learning Service during the years 2016-2018 is taken as an analysis; which seeks to support entrepreneurs who are operating in the market after a year of formalization.
