This document is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter you will be able to know the logistics process for the Eradication Group, in its internal functioning and in context with the security forces who provide the security for the worker groups. It’s presented as a system where the inputs, transformation process, and outputs. In the second chapter have the shortcomings in the activities, which were validated by survey, in different parts of the country, during the third phase of forced eradication in 2014, to 37 people who work as eradicating illicit crops, zonal support, operational support, and specialized professionals, people who contributed with their knowledge and experience, this as input for the various analyzes and conclusions presented. As the final chapter, you will find a proposal as a control model for overcome the shortcomings found in this research.
