Orientación socio ocupacional en instituciones educativas de básica y media en Colombia. Análisis de algunas experiencias y formulación de recomendaciones para su implementación
This paper presents some recommendations for the formulation and implementation of comprehensive strategies of Socio-Occupational Guidance in Colombian secondary education institutions, for this purpose a theoretical trace of the concept of Socio-Occupational Guidance has been made, in which similarities and differences about similar perspectives such as Vocational Guidance are evidenced, This tracking includes an analysis of the different laws, resolutions and agreements that have possibly influenced or impacted the implementation of Socio-Occupational Guidance at the national level, which allows to broaden the understanding about the vision that the Colombian State has about Socio-Occupational Guidance. Similarly, a qualitative and holistic analysis of socio-occupational guidance projects implemented in secondary and vocational secondary education institutions in the national and international context was carried out in order to understand the way in which the strategies of Socio-Occupational Guidance have been developed and to detect the strengths and weaknesses of these processes. This has allowed to synthesize the main aspects of the projects and to generate some recommendations for the implementation of Socio-Occupational Guidance in educational institutions at national level.
