Innovation project in which a pollen dehydrator oven was designed and developed that is projected to become the scalability of the prototype that it currently offers to the market. This project is based on the need of the company Inoxiapis sas to guarantee its customers optimal pollen dehydration; since the ovens that are currently on the market mostly have certain shortcomings such as: shortcomings in drying uniformity, poor temperature control, high energy consumption and costs.
