This chronicle-like project addresses my relationship between mind and body with emotional transits that go through states of illness and relief. In this autobiographical dialogue I ask myself questions about fear, micro politics, meditation and psychological therapy, as possible ways out of cutaneous discomfort. In this psychogeographic transit I internalize the psychosomatic manifestations of my skin, which had prominence in the years 2015 to 2019 when for various factors, they became more severe and forceful in my body, hindering my daily experiences. The methodology I use to go through this autobiographical dialogue is based on the figure of the ecosystem, from the metaphorical use of 3 biomes: desert, jungle and temperate forest. For this creation project, the drift that I assume in my ecosystemic territory, takes shape with my intimate diary, which seeks with its narrative to unravel conclusions about emotional vulnerability and artistic practices.
