IDENTIFICACION DE LOS FACTORES QUE TIENEN MAYOR RELEVANCIA EN LA CREACION DE UNA NUEVA EMPRESA EN LA CIUDAD DEMEDELLIN DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DEL EMPRENDEDOR EMPRESARIAL
The venture business is a social and economic model that aims to promote the creation of new companies and somehow alleviate unemployment by generating their own income. In many regions of the world, entrepreneurship is closely associated with innovation, whereas in the context of the city of Medellin is more associated with sustaining and self-employment. Some authors of international repute have expressed the fact that starting a business, is undertaking, which requires a product, service or innovation process to be classified as true entrepreneurship. In the city of Medellin, entrepreneurship is segmented into sustaining venture, which serves neighborhood entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial innovation, which serves mainly college entrepreneurs, and business of high value added, which serves high-level scientific researchers. On the issue of innovation in the city is encouraging the enterprises related to information technology and communication. From the identification of relevant factors as a result of this research, we can define entrepreneurship as a personal initiative that an entrepreneur has to figure out, assemble and launch a new company, and to achieve this requires education, persistence, motivation, contacts, sales and marketing skills, capital resources, government support, family and college, face risks and difficulties as discouragement and loneliness. Entrepreneurship is the inner force that drives the entrepreneur to achieve the objective of realizing his dream of becoming financially independent through the creation and implementation of their own new company.
