This research was conducted in the Municipal Educational Institution Luis Carlos Galan Sarmiento, located in Chinauta municipality of Fusagasuga Cundinamarca department. It was implemented in the second term with 25 students of 11th grade students participated with the approval of the Rector and the orientation of the institution. The purpose of this research is to on check how a pedagogical proposal based on popular education encourages the development of multiple intelligences of students, allowing them to have tools to make a decision against their professional work; This process seeks to facilitate students search his professional through different tests, lectures and workshops that will allow for self discovery or consolidation of their vocation, which will allow you to make a right choice of their career or work activity identity
