Contribution of the argumentation theory of Chaim Perelman to the debate about legal argumentation� which objective focus on finding the place of that concept in the judgments and to establish an analysis of the different versions about this topic and its relation with the Perelman perspective, the current paper present three reasons that make a legal case to be considered laborious.
