La reparación integral a las víctimas mujeres : una aproximación a la aplicación del enfoque diferencial de género en el contexto del conflicto armado colombiano
This work is framed in the context of the internal armed conflict in Colombia in terms of full redress of victims women. First, the conceptualization of gender differential regarding comprehensive repair its international standards is addressed. Then, the role of the female subject in the context of internal armed conflict and its condition and the multiple victimization is observed. Finally, we conducted a survey among the principles of reparation established by Law 1448 of 2011, the implementation of a gender differential regarding repairing the aspects of female victimization in the Colombian armed conflict.
