The present essay picks up evidence about the opportunities and threats that African Palm cultivations brings in a population, in that way that the analysis of this evidence to have a clear perception of the real situation that faced for the parts that conform this chain (government, managers and peasants). With the present cultivation conception and with the industrial pattern used, the big managers are the only beneficiaries and this cultivation neither allow to improve the life conditions of peasants, nor the environmental conditions and economic of the country, as of the only thing that it has generated in the countries that have implanted this cultivation is poverty and environmental destruction. To reduce the negative impacts that have been presented with this cultivation, it is possible to create and to implement action schemes and politics that allow to obtain the true advantages of this cultivations.
