In this article the main characteristics are descri bed from a support system to the decision which is designed with the purpose of supporting the assignment process of personal in the software organizations. The tool s ustains a formal model of assignment that integrates factors that contribute to the individual assignment to the roles of the project and the formation of the team as a whole, a s well as some of the methods and solution algorith ms possible to implement. The tool developed in Java, possesses a friendly and flexible interface, able to treat t he factors as objectives as well as restrictions, and for adjusti ng parameters of the model.
