Taking into account the importance of minors in Colombian society, and the conflict that affects them daily, it is relevant to study their position regarding the criminal system and the level of responsibility they have had through the various Criminal Codes as well as the system’s comparison with American law, concluding that they are regulated by a special responsibility system.
