espanolEn el presente articulo resultado de investigacion se realiza un analisis con base en el estudio de las principales sentencias de la Corte Constitucional, aunado a la ley y la doctrina; del ejercicio y la garantia del Derecho al Libre Desarrollo de la Personalidad en los espacios escolares; frente a la autonomia educativa de las escuelas manifestado en uno de sus instrumentos, El Manual de Convivencia, reflexionando acerca del deber ser y el ser reflejado en la practica de este Derecho en las escuelas en Colombia y la problematica surgida para los menores educandos por la aplicacion de las normas contenidas en el Manual de Convivencia. EnglishIn this paper, as a result of an institutional research they have made an analysis based on the study of the main decisions taken by the Constitutional Court nowadays, together with the law and the doctrine, about the exercise and the guarantee of the Right to free development of Personality in schools. The Manual of Coexistence is an instrument that describes the behavior students must have in schools, reflected in the practice of the Right to free development of Personality and the emerged problem of minor students when applying these rules contained in the Manual of Coexistence.
