It is introduced a study made in an interactive center of science and technology consisted in the characterization of the dialogue as a form of communication given among two individuals: the guide and the student. This was achieved through the analysis and identification of the questions appeared during four pedagogical activities where students of ages between 12 and 17 years old did participate. During the systematic observation process, 244 questions where identified and analyzed. It is concluded, that there is a strong tendency to the use of questions of the content by part of the guide, these questions are which less favor the dialogue, thus on them, it is being seek for short answers and some definitions. Nevertheless, it is important to highlight that there are questions being make to generate exercise of thought that favor the dialogue, although in a lower percentage than the first mentioned.
