The existing regulation in Colombia for the management of expired drugs promoted the creation of a collection network in major cities. In Bogota, the biggest network is managed by Blue Point Program of National Association of Industrialist (ANDI), this presents a distribution of collection points fixed to agglomeration of productive activities and services. The theory shows that if collection points are adjusted to the social citizen interaction, the reverse logistics system could be more efficient, so it is necessary that spatial network adjustment to residential activities and take advantage of agglomeration economies. This allows us to understand the importance of economic location for designing reverse logistics networks to post-consumer plans in cities.
