RESUMEN ANALITICO El mercado actual demanda una gran competitividad entre las empresas que disponen productos y/o servicios, al hablar de empresa competitiva se hace referencia al proceso en el cual una organizacion establece componentes para poseer la capacidad de producir y mercadear productos en mejores condiciones con relaciona la competencia. Existen diversas tecnicas para cumplir los objetivos de una empresa, entre las que se resaltan la Vigilancia Tecnologica (VT) e Inteligencia Competitiva. La aplicacion de VT demanda grandes cantidades de tiempo, recursos tecnicos y humanos por tal motivo se proponen mecanismo de depuracion para hacer el proceso sencillo y eficiente. Para facilitar la aplicacion de VT, es necesario hacer uso de sistemas tecnologicos, que brinden eficiencia y eficacia al momento de gestionar informacion. El objetivo de este articulo es demostrar la influencia de los agentes inteligentes en el proceso de VT, partiendo de la vinculacion de la inteligencia artificial con los procesos empresariales. Para alcanzar este objetivo es necesario conocer tematicas relacionadas con agentes inteligentes, vigilancia tecnologica y diversos software utilizados en el proceso de la misma. INFLUENCE OF THE INTELLIGENT AGENTS IN THE TECHNOLOGICAL MONITORING PROCESS ANALYTICAL SUMMARY The current market demands a great competition between companies that have products or services, when talking about competitive company refers to the process in which an organization directs its components to have the capacity to produce and sell their products at best possible price, better quality and quicker than its competitors. There are various techniques to achieve the objectives of an organization, among which highlights the Technological Monitoring and Competitive Intelligence. The application of Technological Monitoring demand large amounts of time, human and technical resources on that ground clearance mechanism is proposed to make the process simple and efficient. To facilitate the application of VT, it's necessary to make use of technological systems that provide efficiency and effectiveness at the moment of managing information. The aim of this article is to demonstrate the influence of intelligent agents in the VT process, based on the linkage of artificial intelligence to business processes. To achieve this goal we need to know topics related to intelligent agents, technological monitoring and various software used in the process of it.
