SoTechCo started activities in May 2013 and was formally constituted in February 2014 with the aim of deliver a value proposition in enterprise application architecture, focusing on software design and supported by technological tools and methodologies architecture -- It began with the presentation of the business plan to subsequently initiate the request for funding -- These processes were carried out with support from the Colombian government entities in parallel and worked with a private call to manage financial resources -- In the process a disjunctive that allowed working with Agile Lean Start-up defined in this paper, which focuses on customer needs and listen, achieving reduce market uncertainty that was generated -- By combining these methods with great potential tools lets you design the business model according to market needs, validate and innovate it according customer feedback -- Finally the process developed and supported under traditional tools to work with agile methodologies subsequently exposed -- It shows what happened when they decided to adopt agile methodology 'Lean Start-up' and how it changed the process was being done -- From another perspective shows how the market receives information supported in this methodology and how the execution time is reduced with reference to the traditional tool
