Caracterización de las prácticas curriculares y propuesta de mejoramiento para la Institución Educativa Técnica Agropecuaria Felipe Santiago Escobar Bolívar - Colombia
This research presents the results of a case study conducted with the aim of characterizing the educational practices of an official institution of the Department of Bolivar. The study addressed two conceptual axes, the first one based on the curriculum from the theoretical perspectives and principles of organization, and the second, the implementation of curriculum practices restricted the education project, curriculum, and learning environments learning assessment. The methodological strategies used were document analysis, semi-structured interviews. participant observation and workshops with students. The results of the study reported a school that has made significant progress in curricular practices from the educational-PEI-up institutional evaluation system. Presents opportunities for improvement in the curriculum in terms of alignment with the objectives of-PEI-and definition of a coherent structure for all subjects and classroom plans (training methodology and intent clear and articulate). It should strengthen the processes of teaching and learning in the areas of reading and writing.
