espanolEl presente ensayo lo propone el Grupo Concepto del Laboratorio de Urbanistica de la Universidad Piloto de Colombia, el cual ha desarrollado una investigacion cuyo planteamiento teorico se sustenta en las �heterotopias� como concepto instrumental para la construccion de un enfoque de entendimiento sobre la ciudad. A partir de este enfoque se establecieron para la investigacion unas directrices de estudio, conformadas por temas y variables de observacion urbanistica, propuestas para determinar la existencia de fenomenos y procesos urbanos singulares que determinan parte del desarrollo territorial de la ciudad. Como parte de las reflexiones que se originaron en el proceso de construccion de este planteamiento teorico sobre las �heterotopias� como �estrategias para entender la ciudad�, se conformo una serie de textos introductorios en los que se explican los antecedentes y determinantes de desarrollo de la propuesta en terminos estructurales; es el caso de este ensayo, en el cual se explican algunas referencias que dan cuenta de la importancia de la construccion de un modelo pedagogico que permita a la Universidad definir el concepto de desarrollo urbano territorial en Colombia. EnglishThe present test is proposed by the Group Concept of the City-planning Laboratory of the Universidad Piloto de Colombia, which has developed an investigation whose theoretical exposition is sustained in the �heterotopias� like instrumental concept for the construction of an understanding approach on the city. From this approach study directives settled down for the investigation, conformed by topics and variables of city-planning observation, proposals to determine the singular existence of phenomena and urban processes that determine part of the territorial development of the city. Like part of the reflections that were originated in the process of construction of this theoretical exposition on the �heterotopias� like �strategies to understand the city�, a series of introductions texts was satisfied in which the antecedents and determinants of development of the proposal in structural terms are explained; this it is the case of the denominated test �Strategies of academic development raised for the Educative Project of the Program of Architecture of the Universidad Piloto de Colombia�, in which some references are explained that give account of the importance of the construction of a pedagogical model that allows the University to define the concept of territorial urban development in Colombia.
