The paper is the approach of theoretical and conceptual design guidelines for the future of a management model in R + D + i, starting as a practical case study in the Bio-inputs industry. In addition to stablished the relationship with the technical standard NTC 5801, supported with NTC 5800, definitions of key processes of R + D + i in the organization and various international models proposed by various authors; to help companies address the challenges of the emerging business dynamics. Through the analysis of the information found, critical variables for the development of a Management Model R + D + i in the organization are defined. Finally, through these selected variables, the guidelines for building a model of R + D + i that can be applied to Industry are stablished.
