Modelo conceptual para la Inferencia de un sistema basado en conocimiento de Auditorías de sistemas de gestión de la calidad en el resultado de hallazgos
In this paper, we present the progress of the Inference Engine (MI) of implementation of a Knowledge Based System (KBS) applied at Quality Management Systems (QMS) under the NTC - ISO 9001, specifically validation of audit evidence and findings classification. The basic cycle of a KBS is: Firstly, we analyze the needed requirements in the process of finding the auditing results, we construct a knowledge base using heuristic and control, taking into account a given structure by a set of auditor’s experts in the field of QMS. Is constructed based on facts equivalent to data and associated procedures and develops the inference engine that controls the SBC.
