In this article, I will make a brief description of different measures that have been achieved in transitional democracies, after the war world II. The policies vary and not always intend to reach the three aspects of transitional justice: justice, truth and reparations. The political measures used by countries Which undergone processes of transition to democracy can be grouping in four categories: criminal sanctions, non criminal sanctions, the public knowledge of the past and the commissions of truth and reparations. In this article, I will analyze critically each of them.
