This paper presents a methodological proposal to solve the location ofindustrial and enterpriseinstallation problem. This malter arises when a company is about to expand its commercialoperations or when a new enterprise is to be created. The model contains two phases: thefirst oneis based on the heuristic method oflocation factors ponderation (rent, locallaws, labour force,etc) which altempts to select the places with higher potentialities to locate the installations. Thesecondphase, which is carried out by means ofa mathematical method, validates every potentiallocation which has been proposed by the heuristic method to determine the optimallocation.
