The dysplasia of the development of the hip is one of pathologies more frequently found at the institute of infantile orthopedics Roosevelt. We count inside of Ortopedia's department a Guide of clinical based practice which was developed at the institute and has been used since March 2007, in the one that it is stipulated that follow-up should realize itself to the institutional adherence to the same. This study was made to evaluate the adherence to the guide for the management of this pathology; based on the results we created one electronic application with the aim of provide the complete informational record related with background, diagnosis, management and follow-up of the dysplasia of the developing hip.
