This article analyzes the legal and family implications of a separation or divorce process, which allows the professionals of the Social and Human Sciences, in order to help prevent difficulties and guide those parents who start or are facing an event as difficult as this From a documentary analysis, from the investigations carried out on this problem both in the therapeutic and legal context, it was concluded that it is necessary to articulate these disciplines in order to contribute to resolve through consultation, dialogue and a flexible attitude of the couple, the consequences that are generated by the breakdown of the marital bond.
