RESUMEN El mundo atraviesa actualmente por una situacion pandemica que afecta todos los sectores economicos en especial el educativo; con el objetivo de exponer nuevos modelos de aprendizaje en tiempos de pandemia para mitigar sus impactos negativos. Bajo metodologia cualitativa – reflexiva desde la teoria fundamentada, este trabajo propone al estudiante, al docente y las instituciones de educacion superior (IES), desde su ontologia en el proceso de ensenanza-aprendizaje con sus propias caracteristicas y relacion, el modelo B-Learning. Se concluye la pertinencia participativa de las IES y gobierno como actores fundamentales, a fin de disminuir perjuicios por el COVID-19. ABSTRACT The world pandemic situation affects all economics sector and specially education; the objective was to show new models of learning to mitigate the negative impacts of the pandemic. Qualitative and reflexive methodology is used from grounded theory, this paper proposes to the student, teacher and Higher Education Institution (HEI) from its ontology in teaching process with its features and B-learning method relation.
