Gender differences in the evaluation of occupational stress generating situations awaken an investigative interest in the present context. This is why that this research aims to investigate the differences and similarities of psychological assessments and coping strategies that refer to men and women workers is facing situations perceived as stressful in their workplaces. The participants were composed of 6 nurses and 6 Call Center workers taking into account the variable gender. Interviews and standardized testing for stress (Perfil de estres Kenneth M. Nowack, 2002) were used as data collection techniques.
