With the advances in information and communication technologies and the strategies of the national government headed by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications (MINTIC), which are promoted in all sectors of the country: Education, industry, recreation , health, among others; favors the systematization of its processes through different technological resources, in order to optimize the development of operations. The purpose of this research is to systematize the administration of the information and the activities that take place in the reservation process of synthetic pitches. For software development, the XP or Extreme Programming methodology was applied. This offers flexibility and dynamism, allows to list and prioritize the activities necessary to carry out the project, resulting in partial and functional deliveries that will facilitate visualizing the overall progress of the project. The main result of this research has been the Web and the RESERVELAPP APP, which will allow the modernization of the investigated process. It can be concluded that the automation of the information system has managed to improve in a more optimal way the administration of the synthetic court reservation services, providing the visualization of reservations, the cancellation of the service, detailed information in real time for decision making.
