RESUMEN En este articulo se refiere al impacto del fenomeno del terrorismo en el campo en los derechos humanos a la luz de las nuevas obligaciones internacionales, analizando las acciones e instrumentos juridicos desarrollados por las Organizacion de las Naciones Unidas frente a la seguridad internacional, las implicaciones del terrorismo en la actualidad, y el rol de los tribunales internacionales frente a la tension impuesta.ABSTRACT This article refers to the impact of the phenomenon of terrorism in the field of human rights in the light of new international obligations, analyzing the actions and legal instruments developed by the United Nations Organization regarding international security, the implications of the terrorism nowadays, and the role of international tribunals facing the tension imposed.
