The purpose of the present investigation is to modernize a S.G.C for the processes in a Latin American motor industry, using as previous experience the investigation carried out in the “La Lisa motor foundry”. At present, the issues related to audits are becoming more and more relevant, both nationally and internationally; but little importance is attached to the determination of audit criteria and techniques for the compilation of internal evidence. By implementing a quality audit process for the automotive industry, we will be able to evaluate the degree of compliance with the established quality requirements and the implementation of actions that help improve products for new customers.
