The administration of human talent has been a constant study variable in society, seeking adaptation, permanence in the market and establishing differentiating qualities in the human being that impact economically, environmentally and socially the environment. The research describes the management of human talent for the generation of value, using constructionism, with conceptual contributions; starting from the post-positivist approach, using hermeneutics as a method for understanding the knowledge and understanding of the reality of the study variable, starting from the analytical - reflective - descriptive, from classic and current disciplinary theories. The results refer to the dimensions of synergy, leadership, values, emotional intelligence, quality of service, response time, creative resolution, innovation, strategy, sustainability and resilience, competence that are associated with the service that people offer, transforming the intangible into tangible. It is concluded that the term generation of value in the management of human talent, currently holds greater primacy in organizations, originating the capitalization of people's talent in turbulent and unstable environments, developing in these specific characteristics that provide companies with distinctive features and competitive, with a sustainable approach
