From Ascesis to Discipline: The Protestant Ethics and the Constitution of the Capitalist Subject, Foucault's position is supported, for whom this category of people is not prioritized, but produced by means intended for the production of individuals susceptible to appropriation by the mechanism production with the least political and economic expenditures and the greatest productive development. The task is not fulfilled without a chain of powers, strategies and institutions that mold themselves from the organizations of the subjects and establish their standards, evidencing the role played by Law in this norm.
