The objective of this research work is to implement an internal audit program to comply with the SG-SST in its phase 3 (Execution), where the fulfillment of phase 1 and 2 will be verified through a situational diagnosis of the processes of the company, and will allow the improvement plan and the annual plan to be carried out. The audit is a systematic, independent and documented process to obtain evidence and objectively evaluate the implementation of the SG-SST, using the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Verify and Act) and manage to issue conclusions and recommendations that allow the company to continuous improvement of its process in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
