The paper deals with analysis of features of media communication and social communication. We focused on the combining mass and interpersonal communication.The combination of mass media texts includes both monologic and literary texts. The most representative media texts of the most representative are weather forecasts, horoscopes, popular science articles, which are not only published on the pages of modern newspapers and magazines, but are posted on the Internet. As for the dialogical texts, in the modern mass media situation, the high demand for and frequency is characterized by an interview, which in a dialogical form allows to reproduce different points of view.Thus, we made the conclusion that media communication implies the presence of a communicator (addresser) and a recipient (addressee), the connection between which is carried out using the corresponding text-based communication channel as the highest communicative unit. The ability of the media events of the surrounding reality is a key factor in the creation of a scarce informational picture of the world.
